• Other hazardous or regulated materials
• Military items subject to restrictions or regulations

Illegal and Adult Content 🫣

• Pornography
• Prostitution and sex trafficking content
• Child exploitation, endangerment
• Offensive, obscene, threatening, or malicious content

Regulated Items 📜

• Prescription drugs, medical devices, or other controlled substances
• Alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis products
• Government benefits and assistance items (like Food stamps, WIC vouchers, SNAP benefits)
• Licenses, birth certificates, passports, police insignia, government documents and any other ID
• Lottery tickets, slot machines, and other gambling items
• Non-transferable tickets or gift cards
• Counterfeit or replica items

Animals and Wildlife 🐾

• Pet sales (except re-homing with small adoption fee)
• Animal parts and stud services (breeding)
• Endangered species and their parts (including ivory)

• Unsanitized bedding or clothing
• Unpackaged or adulterated food/cosmetics

Fraudulent or Misleading Content 🚨

• False or deceptive postings
• Bait and switch schemes
• Keyword spam
• Stolen property
• Items with altered serial numbers
• Burglary tools

Prohibited Site Uses 💼

• Unsolicited products/services, miscategorized, overposted, or cross-posted content, and other spam content
• Affiliate marketing, network or multi-level marketing, and pyramid schemes
• Posts primarily driving website traffic

NeighborGoodz does not permit any good, service, or content that violates laws or others' legal rights is prohibited and reserves the right to remove postings at our discretion. 🛑
